Located in the north-east Pilbara region of Western Australia, the Woodie Woodie Mine site is a geologically unique deposit with the ability to supply about 10% of the world market’s requirements of high grade manganese ore. The manganese is transported by road to Port Hedland, and from there it is shipped across the globe. In addition to the equipment below, NPE provided:
