Dewatering – Engineering - Project Management

Design, engineer, install and commission purpose built direct drive diesel pumping system including multiple pontoon units, to deliver complete dewatering system and services to the Granny Smith Gold Mine in Western Australia.

Services provided include:

Clearing, of pipe routes, v-drains and scour pits
Construction and lining of 2 x 100m x 50m dams
Installation of Transfer Pump Station including concrete, 6 x pumps, suction and discharge manifolds and electrical connections
Build, install and commission of transfer station MCC to operate 6 x 90kW transfer pumps

Pumping

Design, engineer, install and commission purpose built direct drive diesel pumping system including multiple pontoon units
Rental of 2 x 750kVA generators for Transfer Station Pumps
Double bunded bulk fuel containment system supplying pontoon mounted day tanks
Long term rental and ongoing site management of dewatering infrastructure

Requirements, Equipment and Images

Dewatering System to deliver 750 l/sec from multiple pits to a salt lake via a transfer dam

Installation of 22km x 500mm HDPE using polyhorse pipe racking system
Installation of 2km x 450mm pipe over high walls and water for pontoon connections
Fabrication and installation of multiple manifold systems, breather assemblies and scour points
Fabrication and installation of a pipe diffuser system on a salt lake
Rental of 2 x 750kVA generators for Transfer Station Pumps
Double bunded bulk fuel containment system supplying pontoon mounted day tanks
