National Pump & Energy assisted this North West mine site in remote Western Australia to remove slurry that had built up over time in their Process Water Ponds.

This excess material reduced the capacity of the pond which was affecting the site’s processing.
Access to the process pond by pontoon boat was restricted, which required most of the high pressure hoses to be installed by hand.
The NPE team carried out the work on site without incident or injury.

NPE’s team worked with the client to suggest a complete turnkey hydromining package be installed onto the site to remove unwanted slurry.
A tailored NPE hydromining package was installed, commissioned and operated by NPE’s experienced team.  The project was completed so efficiently, the removed volume of product exceeded the client’s expectations and allowed them to bring the Process Pond back on line a day earlier than scheduled.

Hydromining cleaning package inclusions

  • ACP-H high pressure pump
  • 3 x 2” Cannons
  • HY85 Dragflow Submersible Slurry pump
