ANNOUNCEMENT, Minetuff Dewatering Pumps Australia Pty Ltd. would like to announce the recent Acquisition of Minetuff Australia.

Minetuff Dewatering Pumps Australia (MDPA) is a newly formed QLD based company specialising in the manufacturing of submersible dewatering pumps for the mining and Industrial industries.

As part of the acquisition, MDPA has signed a National Distributorship Agreement with one of Australia’s largest Specialised Dewatering & Power Generation companies, National Pump & Energy (NPE).

A spokesman for the group has stated “with NPE’s national brand & footprint it made sense for us to utilise their base, sales expertise & professional service support in order to take our product to the next level. We will now have the ability through NPE to make the Minetuff product available to all areas of Australia while also offering the Hire, Sales and Service required to be competitive in the market.”

As part of the agreement NPE will continue to support Minetuffs relationship with a few smaller distributors in key locations throughout Australia.
