As part of a major minerals resource mine restart in Queensland, NPE was engaged to deliver reliable pontoon pumping solutions critical to effective site-wide water management.

To support operations, NPE supplied an XH150 pontoon pump mounted on a 30‑volume pontoon to the A39 Pit, along with a 200‑180 pump mounted on a 39‑volume pontoon for the V2 Pit. These systems were specifically selected to meet the demanding conditions of the site and ensure consistent, efficient water movement throughout the mine.

The pontoon pumps play a vital role in maintaining safe operating conditions, enabling effective pit dewatering, and supporting productivity during the restart phase. Their robust design and fit‑for‑purpose configuration ensure reliable performance in a complex mining environment.
