NPE were engaged by PACT Construction for the Dewatering, Water Treatment & Environmental scope for the development of Riviere Luxury Residence in Applecross. Several large footing foundations and multiple general excavations will require dewatering for the first stage of the project. With limited dewatering discharge options available in the area, discharge to the Swan River was the only viable option to suit the flow rates required to dewater the site.

NPE water treatment team successfully designed a suitable system to handle the removal of heavy metals and nutrients apparent in the water to suit the local discharge criteria. The complete system can be remote monitored to check we are achieving acceptable water results while discharging into this highly sensitive eco system. NPE environmental team also has a full environmental scope to undertake, including daily monitoring of groundwater levels in the surrounding area and all daily discharge fields and laboratory testing.
