Sewer Bypass, Victoria
NPE was engaged by our client to design and deliver a reliable sewer bypass system with a duty capacity of 50 litres per second at 60 metres head, complete with 100% redundancy.
The system was configured to extract from two sewer manholes and discharge into an existing rising main. To ensure continuous performance monitoring and rapid response, NPE integrated advanced telemetry across the bypass setup. This system enabled real-time access via a dashboard and was programmed to send automated alarm notifications to a designated list of mobile contacts, including NPE staff, in the event of any faults or emergencies.
