NPE is proud to introduce a cutting-edge pumping system that guarantees optimal performance and safety. The system includes the installation of a submersible pump with soft starter, as well as a diesel sludge pump for backup, along with all necessary suction pipes and level controls in a single maintenance hole, complete with full telemetry.

The primary and backup pumps will be connected to a common manifold, with the discharge pipe running to an onsite bypass connection point around 18 meters away. Under normal conditions, the primary pump will operate automatically based on predetermined levels in the maintenance hole. In the event of any issues with the primary unit, the backup pump will seamlessly take over, controlled by its own independent level controls. In case of a power outage, the diesel pump will activate.

To ensure maintenance and operational safety, NPE will implement weekly checks on the bypass equipment during the project operation. Additionally, the system will be configured to send alarm text messages to a predetermined list of mobile numbers, including NPE staff, in the event of high and ultra high-level alarms. Moreover, NPE will provide a link to a dashboard for real-time monitoring during the project.

In the case of an alarm during operating hours, NPE will contact the site supervisor for further evaluation and on-site support if necessary. If an alarm occurs outside normal operating hours, NPE will promptly dispatch personnel to inspect the equipment.

NPE remains committed to ensuring seamless and secure operations through this innovative pumping system, providing peace of mind for all stakeholders involved.
