Critical Sewer Bypass Solution with Dual Diesel Pump System

National Pump & Energy (NPE) was engaged to support a critical infrastructure project with a temporary sewer bypass solution. The system featured two diesel pumps configured for duty and backup operation, ensuring uninterrupted flow management throughout the works.
Installed near the inspection manhole, the setup included automated level control and backup activation to maintain performance in all conditions. A large fuel cell supported extended runtime, reducing the need for manual intervention.
Safety and environmental measures were implemented across the site, including fencing, sound control, and flow isolation. Weekly inspections and 24/7 remote monitoring via NPE’s telemetry system ensured the system remained compliant and reliable.
This project reflects NPE’s expertise in delivering efficient, safe, and environmentally responsible pumping solutions for complex site requirements.
