NPE installed 42km pipe work, refurbished existing pump station and installed a new pump station for Black Swan Nickel at the Avalon Borefield Pipeline.

Pressure testing 42kms of pipe
Tie into existing tailings and return infrastructure
Retrieval and relocation of 9,000m x 355mm pipe work 400km to site
Refurbishment of existing Borefield pump station, replacing pumps and spooling in HDPE
Installation of new booster station pumps and pipe work in HDPE
Installation and commissioning of Bores

Requirements, Equipment and Images

Supply all poly fittings, manifolds scour tees, vacuum release valves and isolation valving.
