Newmont Boddington Gold (NBG) were encountering dust issues at their Coarse Ore Stockpile (COS). As a rapid solution, NPE scoped, planned, supplied and installed a highly effective suppression system to control dust creation and drift.

This system involved a pressure rated ring main, several cannon connection points and a booster pump and cannon. The mobility of the cannon allowed it to be relocated around the perimeter of the COS enabling it to cater for different weather conditions such as wind direction.

100lt/sec at 10bar diesel drive pump unit
Stockpile ring-main with spigots and flanges supplied and installed
