Reporting to the National Human Resources Manager, you will facilitate recruitment activities, providing end to end recruitment for an industry leading company. You will play a crucial role in the Human Resources team with training and development opportunities and exposure to a range of projects within the HR function.

The team is made up of the HR Manager, 2x HR Advisors, 1x HR Coordinator and our new Talent Acquisition Coordinator. You will be passionate about people and championing the NPE brand to build our teams nationally, welcoming the opportunity to be the face of NPE throughout exciting recruitment drives.

This role would suit an energetic, team-player who is ready to take their career to the next level in a fun and supportive team. The successful candidate will have a genuine interest in furthering their career in the Recruitment and Human Resources field.

Position Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordination of the end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for NPE
  • Coordination of interview appointments for shortlisted candidates and pre-employment checks
  • Coordinate the ongoing development of our employment branding and attraction strategies
  • Coordinate the onboarding of employees and providing solutions to improve existing processes and procedures
  • Assist HR team members in HR administrative functions
  • Be a part of many exciting projects and opportunities

Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)

  • Current C-Class Drivers Licence
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisation and planning skills with strong adherence to deadlines
  • Able to work unsupervised or with limited direction
