Position Description

Key Accountabilities

Reporting to the Submersible Supervisor, the key responsibilities of the role is as follows:

  • Gain knowledge in the business, Submersibles so as to effectively support our customers with their service requirements, ensuring that the customer needs are delivered within their required time frames of repair.
  • Maintain all service / repair records and documentation associated with submersibles accurately.
  • Ensuring customers are kept up to date with their job repair status at appropriate intervals
  • Organise freight as per customer’s requirements.
  • Conduct end of month invoicing.
  • Monthly reporting totals of the service / repair of submersibles.
  • Effective communicate and perform as a key member of the NPE team, ensuring that you understand, prioritise and deliver on your assigned daily tasks;
  • Deliver excellence customer service to both our internal and external customers all things Submersible.
  • Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement;
  • Conduct all duties safely and ensure you, your team members and customers are safe at work;
  • Conduct your duties in line with company policies and procedures;
  • Promote NPE rental products and service to ensure continued growth and long-term success.

Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)

  • InspHire experience (desirable)
  • Previous Service Administrator experience highly regarded.
  • Intermediate to advanced keyboard and Microsoft Office skills, in particular, with Word, Excel.
  • Sound communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritise work, especially under pressure.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of or ability/willingness to gain knowledge of Submersible pumps and equipment relevant to Customers & NPE’s fleet.
