Position Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate and schedule client meetings on behalf of the sales team as required;
  • Make travel arrangements for the sales and business development team including flights, accommodation, site access requirements and car hire when required;
  • Collate, compose and submit quote/tender submissions for the sales and business development team across Western Australia, Northern Territory and South Australia;
  • Assist sales and business development team with producing materials including (but not limited to) PowerPoint presentations and marketing material and briefs;
  • Create and manage the Sales Log ensuring that all leads, submissions awarded or rejected are clearly documented and followed up by the responsible sales/business development team member;
  • Formulate monthly sales reports for the monthly management meetings and on ad hoc basis as requested by management or Directors;
  • General sales and business development team administrative support including (but not limited to) accurate and timely data entry in Insphire, monthly invoicing, purchasing order processing and receipting, other duties as required;
  • Liaise with all levels of the business to collect accurate information as required by the sales and business development team; and
  • Other duties as required by your Manager or Supervisor.

Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)

  • Demonstrated experience in a high level administration support role within a contracting environment in the mining, resources or construction industries;
  • Previous experience in marketing, business development or sales administration role;
  • Experience in processing End of Month invoicing¬†(desirable);
  • Experience compiling and producing quotes, proposals and sales submissions for clients;
  • Ability to produce accurate and detailed reports within tight timeframes;
  • Previous experience in broader administration duties including raising and processing or purchase orders, invoices, travel & accommodation bookings, and data entry;
