Position Description

Key Accountabilities

NPE is seeking an experienced administrator that can provide support to the project office and carry out administrative duties for the project operations team. This is a 12 months parental leave contract.

  • Proactively gain project knowledge to support your role;
  • Proactively gain an understanding of the NPE organisation, its product and services and the external project environment in which this role will operate. Using this knowledge ensure that all duties are efficiently undertaken to effectively support your internal and external customers with all project work;
  • Complete all invoicing relevant to project undertakings;
  • Complete administrative support activities for tender responses and other documentation required to be completed by the project office;
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers;
  • Actively contribute to continuous quality improvement;
  • Organise all travel and accommodation bookings for relevant project personnel;
  • Assist with booking of project personnel training and medical requirements;
  • Conduct all duties safely and ensure you, your team members and customers are safe at work;
  • Conduct your duties in line with company policies and procedures;
  • Promote NPE rental products and service to ensure continued growth and long-term success;

Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)

  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Current C-class Driver’s License;
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail;
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills;
  • Intermediate computer skills for applications in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and rental/hire & asset software (eg. Insphire);
  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, musclo-skeletal, fitness for work, and DAS assessment;
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Previous Project Administrator Experience (desirable)
  • Senior First Aid (desirable)
