About the role:

Play a pivotal role to support, develop, and maintain an effective branch strategy to create a successful, stand-alone business unit. As the Branch Manager, you will lead operations and business growth within your region, adhering to budgetary requirements; and delivering products and services in a timely, safe and profitable manner.

Position Description

Key Accountabilities

. Develop, manage and sustain professional business relationships and achievement of operations P&L expectations.
. Effective and timely deployment and recovery of all company assets within your region
. Implement the selection and mobilisation of equipment for various projects and ensure it is of the highest standard possible for designated sites.
. Rostering skilled personnel and equipment to carry out site works.
. Adhering to delivery dates to meet installation deadlines.
. Following contractor engagement processes
. Liaising with technical and operational support teams to maintain quality outputs.
. Assist in the development and management of business processes and tools.
. Plan, identify, define and monitor asset availability, inventory levels and standard products.
. Keep abreast of industry trends, including competitor and client activities.
. Continually promote company values, policies and procedures in a positive light and lead by example
. Ensure that all team members adhere to policies and procedures and uphold company values to maintain a positive, workplace culture.
. Drive, promote and implement safe systems of work within your branch to ensure the ongoing safety and well-being of all NPE personnel.

Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)

. Demonstrated experience in a similar position.
. Current Driver’s Licence
. Knowledge of equipment and plant range, or similar transferrable knowledge
. Proven ability to manage outcomes and expectations with senior business leaders and key stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships.
. Proven leadership ability to develop, empower and motivate employee.
. Management of P&L and budgets
. Friendly, outgoing and professional demeanour
. Results driven, solutions focused and highly organised
. Strong analytical capability
. A demonstratable business acumen, with the ability to operate in a highly entrepreneurial manner
. Excellent and recognisable negotiating and communication skills
