Position Description

Key Accountabilities

About the Role:

We are currently looking to employ an experienced Administration Officer to join our service team in our workshop which is located at our Welshpool Branch.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Accurately maintain all service and repair records and other documentation associated  With Hire fleet maintenance;
  • Liaise with customers to ensure they are kept up to date with their job repair status Via portals and direct;
  • Compile and prepare job cards and relevant documentation for maintenance workshop,
  • Compile and prepare for Maintenance Manager job costings prior to sending of to customers;
  • Control invoicing of customer repair jobs
  • Data entry of workshop timesheets
  • Effectively communicate and perform as a key member of the NPE team, ensuring that you understand, prioritise and deliver on your assigned daily tasks;
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both our internal and external customers;

Skills/ Selection Criteria (qualifications & experience)

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Current C-class Driver’s License;
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail;
  • Sound verbal and written communication skills;
  • Intermediate computer skills for applications in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, and rental/hire & asset software (eg. Insphire);
  • Previous Service Administrator or similar experience would be advantageous, but not essential.

Other requirements

  • MUST reside in and hold full working rights in Australia.
  • Senior First Aid (desirable)
