NPE were approached by the client as their previous pump supplier was unable to provide a reliable and efficient mine pit dewatering solution.

NPE assessed the situation, designed a solution and provided the equipment to effectively dewater the pit so that mining operations would not be impacted. NPE supplied 4 dewatering pumps and within 7 days the Pit floor was dry and our client experienced a 35-40% increase in their dewatering rates, so much so that 2 units are now on standby.

Since implementing NPE’s pumps excess water have not effected their mining activities and production has increased.
